GROMAD
Global Domination
Playbook
10 sections. 90 days. Everything you need to own the word, build the community, launch the products, and become the defining brand for the freedom lifestyle globally.
This is the only task that cannot wait. Domains, handles, and community names cost almost nothing and take a few hours. Lose them now and you may never get them back.
Go to namecheap.com or godaddy.com and search "gromad". Check .com first. If taken, search for the owner via WHOIS and consider an outreach offer — new coined words sometimes sit on parked domains.
If .com is gone: prioritise .com.au for an AU launch, use gromad.life as the primary international domain, and set a domain backorder on .com via DropCatch or GoDaddy backorder.
Use namecheckr.com to check all platforms at once. Create a burner Gmail (gromad.brand@gmail.com) for all registrations — keeps the main inbox clean and protects accounts if a platform gets compromised.
For each platform: create account, upload a placeholder logo (the GR amber wordmark on black), write the tagline in the bio: "Go further. Stay longer. Owe nobody. — gromad.com". Even if the page stays dark for months, the handle is yours.
Gromad is a coined word. That means you're not just building a brand — you're building a definition. What the word means, looks like, and sounds like is entirely yours to set.
The homepage is the hub everything links back to. It doesn't need to be perfect — it needs to be live, branded, and collecting emails from day one.
Create a GitHub account and new repository named gromad. Upload gromad-homepage.html and rename it to index.html. Go to Settings → Pages → Source: Deploy from branch → main. Your site will be live at yourusername.github.io/gromad within 2 minutes.
To connect your custom domain: add a CNAME file to the repo containing just gromad.com, then add a CNAME DNS record at your registrar pointing to yourusername.github.io. SSL is automatic.
Go to web3forms.com, sign up with your Gmail, and get your access key. In the homepage HTML, find the email form and add: <input type="hidden" name="access_key" value="YOUR_KEY">. Change the form action to https://api.web3forms.com/submit. Done. Every submission hits your Gmail inbox instantly, free forever.
The community is the brand. A Facebook group with real rules, real moderation, and real people trusting each other is worth more than any ad campaign. Build the room right before anyone walks in.
The Setup Guide is the most important product because it meets the highest-anxiety moment in the customer journey. Someone who just decided to make the move needs exactly this. Build it first, sell it first.

The podcast is the brand builder. It's searchable, long-form, and every episode is a permanent asset that compounds over time. YouTube first because it's the world's second-largest search engine and embeds everywhere.
In Zoom: Settings → Recording → Enable local recording. Start a meeting with your guest. Hit Record → Record on this computer. Both video tracks record separately. After the call, Zoom exports MP4 files to your Documents/Zoom folder.
Edit in CapCut (free) or DaVinci Resolve (free). Add an intro card with the GR/OMAD amber logo, cut silences, add your episode title as a lower-third. Export at 1080p. Upload to YouTube as unlisted first, check the cut, then publish.
META is the right channel to start. The audience is on Facebook and Instagram, they are decision-makers, and the targeting lets you reach people by lifestyle signals and life events. Start at $30/day and don't touch it for 72 hours.
Angle 1 — The math: "Your mortgage costs $2,800/month. Full-time Gromad life costs $1,400. Same life. Half the price. Different address every week. The Gromad Setup Guide shows you exactly how to make the switch in 90 days. $97. No agency. No ongoing fees."
Angle 2 — The fear removal: "Everyone who's done it said the same thing: the fear was worse than the reality. The Gromad Setup Guide eliminates the stuff people get wrong — vehicle choice, legal setup, rego, insurance, connectivity. $97. Everything in order."
Angle 3 — The identity: "You've been talking about it for three years. The rig. The road. The life. At some point talking about it stops and doing it starts. The Gromad Setup Guide is for when you're ready to start."
Gromad Market is the most defensible long-term asset. Trust, moderation, and verification is the moat. Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree can't compete with a community that knows and trusts each other.
The playbook library and the community together create compounding revenue. Each new guide is a new ad angle, a new SEO page, and a new reason to come back. The goal is 5 guides at $97 each doing $1,000+/day combined.
Month 1 target: 3 guide sales/day × $97 = $291/day = ~$8,700/month. At $30/day ad spend that's a 9.7x ROAS. Achievable once Pixel has data and ad creative is dialled.
Month 2 target: 2 guides live, affiliate links embedded, podcast driving organic traffic. Target 5 sales/day combined = $485/day = $14,500/month.
Month 3 target: Community at 1,000+ members, 3 guides live, podcast at 8+ episodes, organic search starting to convert. Target $20,000/month from combined sources. This is global domination territory for a solo operator with zero staff.
The end goal is not a website with some guides. It's a coined word that belongs to a lifestyle — the way "van life" belongs to a generation. When someone asks "are you a Gromad?" and the other person knows what that means without explanation, you've won.
